Richard McMenamin
Richard M. McMenamin has practiced since 1983, and is admitted in Washington and the U.S. District Court of Western District of Washington.  He is a member of the Clallam County Bar Association and he is also an "Eagle" member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.

Rich's roots are in Washington.  He was born and raised in our great state and his family resides here.  A student of the University of Puget Sound Law School, he graduated  Cum Laude.  Prior to attending law school, Rich practiced as a licensed Washington Certified Public Accountant.  He earned the Robert T. Knight award for the highest grade on the CPA exam in 1978.  Rich is also a published author and is at his best in the courtroom.
Shari McMenamin
Shari McMenamin has practiced law for over twenty years.  She is admitted in the State Courts of Washington and Federal District Court.  She is a member of the Clallam County Bar Association and the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association.  Prior to McMenamin & McMenamin, she spent three years as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney.  She gained valuable experience which she brings to her private practice. 

A native of Washington, Shari earned her degree from Seattle University Law School in 1982.  She has a strong love for the for Olympic Peninsula and brings to each case a honest and fresh approach, with an unwavering goal of justice for her clients.
Patrick McMenamin
Patrick McMenamin graduated from Washington State University before attending Seattle University School of Law.

Before joining the firm, Patrick spent six years defending insurance claims and personal injury suits.  He has experience in multi-million dollar complex litigation.  This experience gives him unique insight into defensive strategies and the risks and benefits of trials when he represents injured persons.

Patrick is an Eagle Member of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association and was recently designated a "Rising Star Attorney" by Washington Law & Politics Magazine.


Sunshine Bradshaw
Sunshine Bradshaw graduated Cum Laude from Florida Coastal School of Law in Jacksonville, Florida in 2006.  While in law school, Sunshine served as an editor on the law review, was a member of the Moot Court honor board, and had a semester-long internship at the Florida Supreme Court.  Prior to entering law school, Sunshine earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.  Sunshine also served on active duty in the United States Air Force from 1993 - 2002.

After graduating from law school, Sunshine clerked for Alaska Superior Court Judge Sharon Gleason in Anchorage, Alaska.  Missing Washington,  Sunshine returned to Olympia where she worked for two years negotiating IT contracts for the Department of Information Services.

Sunshine's keen interest in litigation led her to McMenamin & McMenamin.
